| Maurice E. Gauthier was born in Fall River, Massachusetts,
on October 16, 1935. He was educated at the University of Rhode
Island, where he received his B.S. in 1957, and at Boston University
Law School, where he received his J.D. in 1962, cum laude.
He is admitted to practice before Massachusetts state and federal
courts, and is registered to practice before the United States
Patent and Trademark Office. He is a member of the American
Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association, and the Boston
Patent Law Association. Mr. Gauthier concentrates in licensing,
prosecuting mechanical and design patent applications and in
resolving disputes involving patent and trade secret rights,
including litigation in the Federal Courts. |
