William E. Hilton was born in Hartford, Connecticut, on July 18, 1963.  He was educated at Tufts University, where he received B.S.E.E. and B.A. (computer science) degrees in 1986, and at Franklin Pierce Law Center, where he received his J.D. in 1991.  Mr. Hilton has published scholarly articles, is admitted to practice before Massachusetts state courts, United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the United States Courts of Appeals for the First Circuit and the Federal Circuit, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  Mr. Hilton concentrates in litigation and prosecuting electronic, electro-optic, and computer-related patent applications.
