| Arlene J. Powers was born in Plainfield, New
Jersey, on January 23, 1963. She was educated at Tufts University,
where she received her B.S.Ch.E. degree in 1985, and at Suffolk
University Law School, where she received her J.D. in 1991.
Mrs. Powers is admitted to practice before Massachusetts state
and federal courts, is registered to practice before the United
States Patent and Trademark Office, and is a member of the
Boston Patent Law Association. Mrs. Powers concentrates in
prosecuting chemical, biological and design patent applications. |
